Just wanted to give you some feedback on your furnace expert, Ron.
From the time he entered our house, he was nothing but professional,
courteous and knowledgable. He fixed both furnace and fireplace in
record time, telling me what the problem was in terms I could
understand (much appreciated!). My impression was that he was honest
and competent. Send him back anytime!!

Thanks for sending out your guy to help me with my furnace.

I don’t usually have much to say about workers other than they show up do their job and leave. But this time I have to let you know that this guy (I do not remember his name  [Greg]) went over and beyond the call of duty.

He fixed the problem in about 10 min but saw a few fumes coming from the venting tube and proceeded to investigate further whereupon he found the real problem. I was impressed with his professionalism.

I just wanted to let you know that we think this summer is just too cool for us to purchase a central A/C unit. Unless we get a wickedly hot August/September (you may hear from us then), we will probably wait till next year to set up our home with A/C.

We have been very very very impressed with Chill-Air’s professionalism and honesty with us the estimates, the qualifications and details concerning Federal/Provincial grants, for not selling us a Heat pump right off the start with no info to chew on, and for being so knowledgeable on our furnace set up and efficiency.

We will definitely be contacting you when we feel it’s justified to put a central system in our home. Thanks a lot for your effort in this. Have a great week.
